Entries limited to 50 runs per judge.
Test/Trial Hours: 7:00AM - 1 hour after the last run.

Entries:
All entries must be received, mail or online, by August 1, 2022. All entries received after the deadline will incur a $5.00/entry fee. Day-of entries will be allowed as space permits for an additional $5.00/entry.

Rules and Regulations:
- The Trial Program and Junior Herding Dog Program are open to all dogs 9 months of age or older. The Herding Capability Test Program is open to herding breeds and multipurpose breeds with herding background on the list at the end of the Test Program rules, six months of age and older.
- Spayed bitches and neutered dogs may participate.
- Bitches in heat may take part. In trial classes, bitches in heat need not wait until all other dogs have participated. In test classes, bitches in heat must wait until all other dogs have participated.
- Dogs must be sound and in good health. Any dog which appears to be unfit will be removed at the judge’s discretion; examples are: lameness, injury, illness, advanced pregnancy.
- Owners of participating dogs need not be members of any club or organization.
- A dog owned or co-owned by the judge or any member of the judge’s immediate family or household may not be evaluated by that judge, nor may a judge evaluate a dog of which that judge has been the owner, co-owner or primary trainer/handler within the last six months.

Notice to Exhibitors
Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians’ recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.
STOCK: Ducks will be Indian Runner/or Call ducks. Five ducks per run trial classes. Sheep will be Katahdin and Katahdin crosses. 3-5 sheep per run test and trial HTD & HTAD classes. 10 sheep per run for HRD classes.
A dog may not be entered at different levels on the same kind of stock on the same trial course at the same trial, with the exception of a dog entered in a “mixed stock” class. The dog may, however, be moved up upon the completion of a title. A dog may not be entered more than one time in the same class at the same trial.
A medication fee of $50, or the Veterinarian’s bill, or the cost of the animal will be charged to the owner of any dog causing damage to livestock, whether such damage is caused directly or indirectly by the dog. Please read the agreement on the bottom of the entry form.
Replacement value Ducks $35.00 each; Sheep $300.00 each.
When not competing, dogs must be confined or held on leash and kept away from the livestock.
Children must be kept under the control of their parents or guardians at all times and must be kept away from all farm equipment and livestock.
No unauthorized persons or dogs allowed in barn or house.
Wading pools and shade tents will be available for your dogs.

Email will be used as a primary means of communication if an email address is listed on the entry form unless entrant requests otherwise.
Entries not on the provided entry forms are not acceptable.
All entry fees payable in US funds. Entries without full fees will not be accepted.
Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. The Secretary will add a $25.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitor may result in the exhibitor’s entries being accepted on a CASH ONLY basis.
Errors on Entry Blanks: Owners are responsible for errors in filling out entry forms, whoever may make such errors. No entry fee will be refunded in case of any such errors after the closing date.
ENTRIES CLOSE Monday, August 1, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Acknowledgment of entries will be made as soon as practicable.
Declination of entries: WBA may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other cause, and no one shall have recourse against WBA, any official thereof, or any judge.
Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Test/Trial Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the organizing committee, it is impossible to open or complete the test/trial, no refund of entry will be made. Extreme weather conditions, including, but not limited to, snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme temperatures, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, livestock, exhibitors, judges and spectators. The well being of dogs, livestock, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance. In the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the test/trial before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made.
No refunds will be given for overpayment of fees if the error is less than $10.00. The Working Beauceron Association Inc, Trial Secretary and the Owners of Linden Hollow Farm assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers or spectators, or by any of their dogs or property.
