See how your dog stacks up compared to the competition and get a feel for how DDT trials run. There will be no awards or points towards titles but scores and placements will be given.

Official Premium and Entry forms will be sent out to registrants as part of the "mock trial." All registrants will need to complete the entry form in order to be officially entered in the Mock Trial. What are Detection Dog Trials (DDT)?

Detection Dog Trials is a new sport being brought to North America which allows formally trained detection dogs to  participate in scentwork style trials. Teams are able to trial on the odor their dog is already trained on (i.e. narcotics, accelarants, cadaver, etc.) and gain titles and awards for their success!

What odors are accepted?

The current accepted odors include: birch, clove, gun oil, truffle oil, catnip, kong, cannabis, scentlogix, tobacco, cadaver,  cash, narcotics, accelarents, digital, gluten, and blood.
