Come join us for a Working Beauceron Seminar with Beauceron breeder and competitor Laila Ooms, accompanied by her partner Julen Fernandez Ayala.

Audit Spot (Unlimited): $200 Friday/Saturday/Sunday or $75/day

Laila Ooms is a long-time Beauceron breeder in the Czech Republic. She brought home her first Beauceron in 2002 and created the Warrior Soul and Keakai kennels out of the many working Beaucerons she brought home thereafter. Not only is Laila an experienced IGP competitor, but she has produced some of the Beaucerons' most accomplished working dogs such as IPO 2x World Champion Kerang Warrior Soul IPO3, Czech Champion Sauron Warrior Soul BH SPr3 RH-FLA ZTV2 ZVP1 CSAU ZZP2 ZPO1 IPO1 ZVV3 Canistera, Python Warrior Soul IPO 3, and Keakai Casha IGP3.

Laila and Julen are traveling from the Czech Republic to meet working Beaucerons in the US and teach handlers the tips and tricks they have learned over the years on how to work this breed successfully. The working spots are open to all breeds but the entire seminar will be geared towards working the Beauceron specifically.

Friday - Day 1

Morning - Theory about the Beauceron (history, pedigrees, health, temperament and working drives)

Afternoon - Out in the field with some puppies. How to handle puppies, how to play with them, and developing hunt and food drives.

Saturday - Day 2

Morning - Obedience lessons

Afternoon - Helper work

Between each dog, we will speak about the theory of handling.

Working and audit spots are only guaranteed once payment has been received AND you have received a confirmation email. Working spots are limited to 10 teams, audit spots are unlimited.
